At Lighting Majestic (Junction 2) Limited we do our upmost to provide fast and efficient delivery on all orders.
Standard delivery can be expected between 3-7 days from the order date.
We use a trusted and dependable courier service - Interlink Express.
Together with this courier we can provide the following:
- Order receipt email confirmation (within an hour or your purchase)
- Despatch notification: You will be informed the moment we send your order on its way to you
- One hour slot on the day of delivery via Text Message or Email
We understand that the majority of our customers have busy schedules to keep and from our own personal experience we know that coordinating our free time with the delivery of an item can be quite difficult and exasperating. This is why we go out of our way to give you as much information we can so you can plan ahead.
If you need us to delay your order for delivery on a specific date to coordinate with some decorating work or for any other reason, whether you need a 2 day or 2 week delay, we are more than happy to hold onto your item(s) and despatch it at a time that is more convenient. Please note there is an additional charge for Saturday delivery.
Here at Lighting Majestic (Junction 2) Limited we keep a good stock of various fittings available through our site and we work hard with all of our suppliers to ensure that items for viewing or purchase are made available in a prompt time frame. If you place an order with us before 1.00pm for a product that we have in stock, we will despatch it that day and will arrive with you the next working day. (Standard delivery 2-5 working days)
We know that many of our products have fragile parts, including glass and ceramics. This is why we ensure that every parcel that leaves our depot has been carefully and efficiently wrapped and packaged. In the event of a breakage in transit, we are always willing to get replacement parts out to you as quickly as possible.
