Processing of order
Here at Lighting Majestic (Junction 2) Limited we understand the importance of the ease of use and have tried to provide a website that is not only simple to navigate around but also simple to place your orders.
- Choose your products, select the quantity then “add to basket”
- At this stage you can either continue shopping or click on “checkout”
- Enter the required billing and delivery address
- Confirm you have accepted the “terms and conditions”
- Enter the required card details
- On completion you will receive an email of the order
- Within 24 hours of your order you will also receive an order confirmation
- When your order has been despatched you will receive a despatch email

Purchasing online with Lighting Majestic is safe and secure, our website consists of up to date security software to ensure all payment and personal details are secure throughout your shopping experience with us.
We use a thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. thawte has checked and verified the site's registered domain name.
Payment by telephone
In the event you are having difficulty making payment via the website please contact us on 0121 543 4474 Option 3. We may able to process the order over the telephone however in doing so we will only be able to deliver the items to the Billing address of which the payment card is registered. In line with our security measures, we process payments directly into our payment processing provider’s virtual terminal.
Payment by cheque
We do accept payment by cheque however no goods under any circumstances shall be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. This can take between 5 to 7 days so please accept this delay to be added to the delivery lead time.
At Lighting Majestic we aim to deliver your items within 7 working days for UK Mainland orders (for other areas please click here), however in the unfortunate case where items are to be out of stock for a period longer than 4 – 6 weeks our customer service team will contact you. You will be provided the option to either wait for the items to be back in stock or cancel your order and have a full refund.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
If there is nobody present at the time of delivery a calling card will be left by the driver, using this calling card you can re-arrange your delivery as required. If you do not contact the courier they will however re-attempt the delivery two more times.
To assist our customers as much as possible, when your item has been despatched you will firstly receive an email directly from us informing you that your parcel is due the following working day (UK Mainland only. Areas outside of the UK mainland are generally 2 working days). The email will also contain a tracking no. Of your parcel, on the morning your parcel is due you will be able to click on the link which will take you directly to the courier’s website page where you can enter the provided tracking no. The site will then give you an estimated time of arrival within an hour slot. In addition to the email from ourselves, on the morning of arrival you receive an email from our courier which will also contain the estimated time of arrival.
In the event you do not receive any notifications regarding delivery it may be we have not got your correct email address and therefore advise you to contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org alternatively call us on 0121 543 4474 Option 3.

Exchange of Goods
At Lighting Majestic we do our upmost to ensure that all items despatched are well packed to ensure they arrive to you in excellent condition.
Damaged Goods - In the unfortunate event you receive an item that is damaged you are required to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the Goods, you can contact us by email or telephone.
You will be required to ensure that the damaged goods are returned, well packed in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
In accordance with our policy we will arrange a collection of the goods and replacement of the damaged goods at our expense; however Lighting Majestic will not be liable for any other losses caused by this inconvenience including any “Electricians fees”.
Faulty goods – In the unfortunate event that items have been installed and subsequently found to be electrically faulty you are required to contact us by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In accordance with our policy we will arrange a collection of the goods and replacement of the faulty goods at our expense; however Lighting Majestic will not be liable for any other losses caused by this inconvenience including any “Electricians fees”.

Returns and Refunds Policy
To understand your eligibility under this policy it is important that you carefully read the following, and adhere to all terms.

Returned Good maybe subject to a restocking/handling fee of 30%.
Notes On Returning Items
- The product should not have been installed or modified in any way.
- The product must be returned by recorded mail in the original packaging complete with all accessories and lamps if included.
- The product box should not be defaced in any way, an outer box must therefore be used to write or attach any return address to.
- We must receive the product in the excellent condition that it was received enabling the resale of the product.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act, customers have a duty of care and responsibility for the products whilst in their possession.
Any products to be returned due to the unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer by registered means, within 14 days of authorisation being provided by us. Upon receipt of the unsuitable returned products and having adhered to the above terms, a full refund of the product value will be made within 14 days.
In the event you are not able to return the products as detailed above, a collection can be arranged for you, however a quotation will be provided and if accepted will be deducted from the refund.
Please be aware that failure to observe and adhere to the above terms may result in the inability to provide a refund an the items will be returned to you.
All products supplied by Lighting Majestic (with the exception of light bulbs) carry a 12 month warranty valid from the date of purchase.
In the event of a product being faulty you are required to return the item to us. We will then forward the item to the manufacturer for either repair or replacement.
The warranty will be void if it is considered to have been fitted or used incorrectly or used for a purpose for which it was not intended.
VAT of 20% is included in all prices shown on this website in line with current UK legislation.
